I have many conversations with people who tell me they are “too old” to do something. I don’t believe in that because I have seen a handful of people who are old and young truly living life. To "truly live life" means that you are following your passion.
I have seen a 60-year old who lived most of her life like the average person. She exercised here and there and ate a typical diet. But then something happened, she got diabetes and was told she needed to change her habits. So, all of a sudden, she changed her life and turned to fitness. She started eating healthier and working out. She began having more energy, played more with the Grandkids, and became happier. Then she wondered what else she could do and began to travel. She really started living life to the fullest and is the happiest she has been her whole life. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are.
Don’t second guess it or talk yourself out of it. That’s how dreams get unfulfilled! If you want to be a doctor but have poor grades, then talk to a guidance counselor about replacing those past grades by retaking a course.
There Are No Limitations Except the Ones You Put on Yourself
Cut out all negativity and nay-sayers, put your head down, and work with laser-like focus. If your dream is to travel the world but you don’t have money, figure out what ways you can make money traveling or how to make residual income. I make residual income off of using and selling ketones— you can certainly travel the world doing that! As long as you’re not breaking laws or hurting people, you need to seriously do what you want and what makes you happy.
